Specify the tests that matter to the order.
Testing scope is agreed according to towel material, construction, intended market and buyer requirement. The quotation should state which tests apply.
02 / APPROVAL BASELINE
One approved specification keeps production and inspection aligned.
Material, construction, finished size, GSM, color, decoration, labels and packaging should be recorded in the same approved specification used by production and inspection.
Where applicable, the approved lab dip and pre-production sample give the team a practical comparison point. Checkpoints remain specific to the product and order.

05 / BUYER QUALITY QUESTIONS

How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
The order follows the approved material and specification, lab dip where applicable, pre-production sample and agreed inspection checkpoints. Supported tests include absorbency, color fastness, shrinkage, GSM, tensile strength, pilling and restricted substances.
What’s your sample policy?
Stock samples are free and the buyer pays the courier charge. Custom-sample cost depends on the material and can be credited to the bulk order. Typical sample time is approximately 2–7 working days.
What’s your lead time for mass production?
Bulk production is typically planned for approximately 30 days after the deposit is received. The confirmed schedule is stated in the quotation for the selected product and quantity.
Could you design the pattern / logo for me?
Yes. OEM and ODM support can prepare the artwork route for embroidery, jacquard, sublimation, reactive printing, screen printing or embossing according to the product and brief.
What’s your payment terms?
Payment terms are confirmed in the quotation according to the order value, product route and agreed trade terms.
