Information Buyers Need Before Sampling
What’s your sample policy?
Stock samples are free; the buyer pays the courier cost. Custom samples are quoted according to material and development requirements, and the custom sample fee can be credited to the bulk order. Typical sample time is 2–7 business days.
What’s your lead time for mass production?
Mass production is normally scheduled for approximately 30 days after the deposit is received and the pre-production sample is approved. The confirmed schedule depends on the product, customization, quantity and season.
How do you guarantee the quality of your products?
The order is controlled against the approved specification and pre-production sample. GZTOWEL checks materials, color, GSM, dimensions and appearance; performs in-process checks across manufacturing and decoration; and completes final inspection before shipment. Third-party inspection is supported.
Could you design the pattern or logo for me?
Yes. GZTOWEL provides OEM and ODM design support, including pattern and logo preparation for the selected production method. The design scope, file requirements and any development charge are confirmed before sampling.
What are your payment terms?
GZTOWEL supports T/T, PayPal, Alibaba Trade Assurance and L/C according to the order. Deposit percentage, balance timing and banking details are stated in the official quotation and proforma invoice.
