What is your blanket sample policy?

Available stock samples are free; the buyer covers courier charges. A custom sample is charged according to the selected material and process, and the custom sample fee can be refunded against the bulk order. Normal sample preparation is 2–7 working days.

What is your lead time for mass production?

Mass production is normally scheduled for about 30 days from deposit receipt. The confirmed date is stated after the material, artwork, packaging and approved sample requirements are reviewed.

How do you guarantee the quality of blanket?

The order can include a lab dip, pre-production sample, in-process checks and final inspection. Available tests include absorbency, color fastness, shrinkage, GSM, tensile strength, pilling and harmful-substance testing. Third-party inspection is accepted.

Could you design the pattern or logo for me?

Yes. OEM and ODM support covers artwork development and the appropriate embroidery, jacquard, sublimation, reactive printing, screen-printing or embossing route, subject to the selected material and design.

What are your payment terms?
