QUALITY CONTROL · ORDER-BASED VERIFICATION
Quality control built around the specification you approve.
For private-label towel programs, the control plan starts with the confirmed material, construction, size, GSM, color, decoration, labeling, packaging and target-market requirements. GZTOWEL links these requirements to lab-dip confirmation where applicable, pre-production sample approval, in-process review, supported testing and final inspection.

01 / TESTING CAPABILITY
Specify the tests that matter to the order.
Testing scope is agreed according to towel material, construction, intended market and buyer requirement. The quotation should state which tests apply.

COLOR
Color Fastness
Review color performance against the agreed material, dye route and applicable test scope.

DIMENSION
Shrinkage
Check dimensional change against the approved finished size and construction.

WEIGHT
GSM / Finished Weight
Verify the finished product against the approved GSM or weight tolerance.

STRENGTH
Tensile Strength
Arrange tensile-strength testing when required for the product or market.

COMPLIANCE
Pilling & Restricted Substances
Include pilling and restricted-substance testing when specified for the order.

02 / APPROVAL BASELINE
One approved specification keeps production and inspection aligned.
Material, construction, finished size, GSM, color, decoration, labels and packaging should be recorded in the same approved specification used by production and inspection.
Where applicable, the approved lab dip and pre-production sample give the team a practical comparison point. Checkpoints remain specific to the product and order.
03 / ORDER-LINKED CONTROL
From buyer requirement to documented release.
The control plan is defined for the actual towel construction, destination and purchasing brief—not a universal checklist.

Requirement review
Confirm material route, construction, size, GSM, color reference, decoration, labels, packaging and target-market requirements.
- 02
Lab dip

Review the sample against the agreed construction, dimensions, GSM, workmanship, decoration, labels and packing route.
- 04
Production checks
Review the agreed production stages against the same approved specification.
- 05
Supported testing
Arrange absorbency, color fastness, shrinkage, GSM, tensile strength, pilling or restricted-substance testing according to the confirmed scope.
- 06
Final inspection & packing
Complete the agreed final inspection and check labeling, packaging and carton requirements before release.
04 / CERTIFICATES & REPORTS
