Quality Control Process
- Raw material inspection — incoming yarn and fabric checked for fiber content, weight, and defects
- In-line inspection — quality checks at weaving, dyeing, and sewing stages
- Final inspection — AQL-based random sampling before packing (AQL 2.5 standard, stricter levels available on request)
- Testing standards — colorfastness, GSM verification, absorbency, and shrinkage testing
- Third-party inspection — we welcome SGS, Intertek, Bureau Veritas, or buyer-appointed inspections before shipment
